JOULUN BASAARI MERIMIESKIRKOLLA ATEENASSA
Hello there! I hope everyone is doing ok and I wish to you a very merry Christmas. Well, I hope you didn't freak out by the title of my post in the thought that it might be in Finnish. I'm not that crazy yet! The title translates into "Christmas Bazaar at the Sailors Church in Athens", which is the Scandinavian Church in Plaka. I'd been there last year too, as my friend's grandma is Swedish. I'd been part of the Celtic and Irish "community", but I had no idea that there were also Scandinavians in Greece. Furthermore I'd started to learn Finnish, because I was always in love with the language, since my mum's Finnish friend, Eija, had taught me a few words. I loved the sound of it and nowadays it's my favourite language, concerning its sound and musicality.
